What is FWD?+
FWD is a social app where you connect through people you actually know and trust — for friendship, dating, community, and professional needs. You can't enter FWD alone: you gather your people, and the network grows from there.
How do I get started?+
Download the app, set up your profile, and invite a few friends you trust. As your circle joins, you'll be able to shout what you need and make introductions for others.
What's a Shout?+
A Shout is a request to the right people: looking for a job, a roommate, a date, a recommendation. You choose exactly who hears it. Your friends can answer directly or forward it to someone who can — a small action that opens a real pathway.
What are circles?+
Circles are concentric layers of trust — the people closest to you, then the people they vouch for. They let you shape who sees what, so a shout about dating feels different from a shout about work.
How are introductions made?+
Warm and consent-based. A mutual friend connects two people who both want to meet — no cold messages, no surprise adds. Because the intro comes from someone you trust, it actually means something.
Do you sell my data or show ads?+
No. No ads, no data-selling, no doom-scrolling, no solicitations. FWD is built around trust — monetizing your attention would break the whole point.
How do I delete my account?+
Go to Settings → Account → Delete Account. Your profile and data are removed. You can also reach us any time through the Contact page.
